You may not book an event at this rate more than eight weeks prior to your desired date. An additional refundable damage deposit of $200 will be due four weeks before the event.
One Day Package
The rental fee includes 8 hours at the venue the day of the ceremony. You can choose the eight hour time frame that you spend at the venue, however no event can last past 11 pm.
Twelve round tables and white chairs for each table are included. Ceremony chairs are also included. Plus wooden serving tables for cake, food, and drinks. A bride's suite and groom's suite, kitchen, and sound system are also included. We also have arches for your ceremony available at no additional cost.
Eight hours only, this includes set up and take down of your decorations.
There is no rehearsal time the day before with this package and cannot be added.
We have additional decorating items that can be rented.
A 50% deposit ($1,100) is due at the time of booking plus a signed contract.

Save the Date Package
The rental fee includes a 12 hour wedding day and a two hour rehearsal/decorating time the night before the wedding. Twelve tables and chairs for each table included. Ceremony arch included. Plus bride's and groom's suites, kitchen, and sound system. You may also pick and choose from our decorations we have available at no additional cost. Wooden serving tables for cake, food and drinks are included.
A 50% deposit($1,625) is due at the time of booking and a signed contract.
Things to Know
Payments towards your package price are nonrefundable.
A 500 dollar refundable cleaning/damage deposit is due 30 days before any event with any other remaining balances.
The Chapel area holds 100 chairs comfortably and the Reception area will hold 12 sixty inch round tables with 8 chairs at each table. Tables and chairs are provided. We have No Tablecloths.
This is a non smoking facility.
Alcohol is allowed but will require the client to purchase additional insurance.
No overnight parking is allowed.
No event can last past 11:00 pm.
